During the 1993-1994 school year, three students (seen in the above photograph) in the Computer Math 2 course were given the option of completing their final projects in the Visual BASIC programming language. Their accomplishment was significant because the language had NOT been taught to them during the course. They learned it on their own, with very little help from Mrs. Zahumeny.

The three students decided to code a program which could be used to review information about United States Presidents. The screen shown on the left is a shot of the form the students used as they created their program. The screen on the right shows the information they included for each of the presidents.
